Centennial Celebration of Homes

To celebrate 100 years of Fairlawn Heights, residents and guests (ages 12 and up) are invited on a self-guided tour of five architecturally-stunning homes in Fairlawn Heights on Sunday, June 12th, from 1 to 5 p.m. Additional homes will open their exquisite grounds for exterior tours.

Among the homes showcased on this year’s tour are:

  • A magnificent French Country home with award-winning gardens
  • A grand Tudor with a ‘snug room’ and original floor plans on display
  • A two-story brick colonial featuring Prohibition bookcases

Patron Party

Following the home tour, event sponsors and attendees who purchased patron-level tickets are invited to attend a private party at an exclusive tour home.

Tickets will be available to purchase online at Eventbrite.

  • General Tickets: $30 ($25 early bird)
  • Patron Tickets: $150 ($125 early bird)

Fairlawn Heights Neighborhood Association members have early access to purchase tickets at the Early bird rate from March 14-21st. Members should have received an email with their early access instructions. Contact Ellen (330-864-7993 or vollfame@aol.com) if you are a member and did not receive this email.

Early bird tickets will be available to the general public starting on March 22nd, and general tickets will be made available starting April 18th.

Common Questions

1. How many tickets can I purchase?

Tickets are limited. We kindly ask that you limit your purchase to no more than ten (10) tickets.

2. Is there any age limit for attendees?

Attendees must be at least twelve (12) years of age.

3. Can I purchase tickets on the day of the event?

Tickets will not be available to purchase at the event. You must purchase your tickets before the day of the event, online at Eventbrite.

4. Is parking available?

There will be parking available around E and W Fairlawn Boulevard. Additional parking, which may be limited, is available on the streets throughout the Heights. We encourage walking if possible.

5. Where do we register on the day of the event?

There will be a Registration tent on the Boulevard lawn from 1-5pm. Bring your printed tickets to Registration and collect your event bracelet and tour brochure.

6. What is required for admittance?

You are required to Register upon arrival. You will receive a bracelet that will be required and checked at each tour home. You will not be permitted to enter a Tour home without your bracelet.

7. When do I need to arrive?

The tour homes will be open from 1-5pm on June 12th. You can arrive at any time, but will be able to tour homes only between the hours of 1:00 and 5:00 pm.

8. Is there transportation between the Tour homes?

Shuttles will be available to drive guests between the tour homes. They will be in operation from 1-5pm, and will pick up and drop off guests at the Boulevard and homes on tour.

9. Is there a specific route I have to follow?

You will receive a brochure with a recommended tour route, but you can tour the homes at your own pace and in the order of your choosing. You can walk to each tour home or use the shuttles available.

10. Where are the shuttle stops?

Two shuttles will be in operation from 1-5pm. They will stop at each interior home as needed, and will pick up and drop-off passengers at the Boulevard regularly.

11. Will restrooms be available?

There will be restrooms available at Registration and a restroom will be available in the Tour homes for emergency use only.

12. Will the tour be handicapped accessible?

Due to the nature of this event, we cannot guarantee that any tour home is handicapped accessible. We will have limited handicapped parking and shuttles available.

13. When is the Patron Party and how can I attend?

The Patron Party is at 6pm on June 12th, following the tour. To attend, purchase a Patron Ticket on Eventbrite. Tickets are limited and your Patron bracelet will be required for entry.

14. What is included with the Patron Ticket?

The Patron Ticket includes full access to the Tour of homes, and an invitation to a private dinner at an exclusive tour home. Enjoy dinner, drinks, music and a tour of an exquisite home while mingling with other patrons, owners of the homes on tour, and the event sponsors.
